    • Own the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, candidate selection, and offer coordination.
    • Partner with hiring managers to define the responsibilities, expectations, and qualifications for each position and independently manage the search.
    • Expand recruiting efforts into new candidate pools, including colleges, universities, industry associations, and other specialized talent sources.
    • Recommend and manage recruiting budgets based on the needs of each position.
    • Clearly communicate the interview process, next steps, and expected timeline to candidates.

    • Design, implement, and facilitate a consistent company-wide onboarding process.
    • Develop a structured first-day HR orientation that clearly communicates company expectations, culture, resources, and policies.
    • Partner with managers to create position-specific onboarding and training plans.
    • Hold managers accountable for completing onboarding and employee-development activities.
    • Identify opportunities to continuously improve the employee experience and strengthen company culture.

    Employee Relations and Performance

    • Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations matters.
    • Coach managers through employee performance concerns, workplace conflicts, feedback, and difficult conversations.
    • Establish consistent practices for documenting coaching, corrective-action, and disciplinary conversations.
    • Provide guidance and support during discipline and termination processes.

    • Create and coordinate recurring leadership-development opportunities, including quarterly leadership summits.
    • Help leaders build effective employee training and development plans.
    • Promote a culture of clear expectations, timely feedback, accountability, and continued growth.
    • Lead by Example: Demonstrate Capstone's core values of Trust, Humility, and Excellence

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources
    • 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized organization.
    • Experience independently managing recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and employee-development initiatives.
    • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
    • Experience managing recruiting and employee relations independently
    • High level of judgment, discretion, and accountability
    • Ability to develop trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
    • A service oriented leader who models our core values in practice – builds trust through follow-through and candor, leads with humility, and holds a high standard of excellence.
