As a Sales Counselor, you will be the face of Capstone Homes, Inc., guiding clients through the exciting journey of purchasing their new home. You will build strong relationships, understand client needs, present available properties, and deliver exceptional service to ensure a seamless homebuying experience. We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven professional with a passion for real estate and helping people find their perfect home.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and engage prospective homebuyers in model homes and online platforms.
• Actively listen to customer needs and preferences, matching them with appropriate homes and communities.
• Conduct model home tours, answer questions about features, pricing, financing options, and community amenities.
• Follow up promptly with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute marketing strategies and sales events.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of product offerings, pricing structures, and competitive market trends.
• Prepare and process sales contracts and related documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as the primary point of contact from contract to closing, ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer journey.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and community events to stay updated and enhance your skills.
• Maintain model homes and sales offices in top condition to create a welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in real estate sales or related field preferred (new home sales experience a plus).
• Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to connect with diverse clients and build lasting relationships.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a results-driven mindset.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Available to work Tuesday – Saturday, approximately 10 am-6 pm. Some evenings may be required.

Our hiring process is a little different than most other companies, but we promise it's worth it!
