Are you someone who loves making people feel welcome? Do you enjoy planning events, creating meaningful moments, and helping others feel valued? Capstone Homes is looking for a Hospitality Specialist to be the friendly face and heart behind our team culture.
As the Hospitality Specialist, you’ll help create an environment where employees, customers, and trade partners all feel the warmth of Capstone’s care. From greeting guests with a smile to coordinating fun team events and keeping our workspace stocked and inviting, you’ll play a key role in building connection and community across our company.
What You’ll Do
- Be the welcoming face for all visitors — customers, vendors, and trade partners alike
- Plan and coordinate fun, engaging events that strengthen our team relationships
- Support employees through life milestones with thoughtful gestures (like flowers or gift baskets)
- Keep our office environment running smoothly — from ordering snacks to assisting with office projects and presentations
- Partner with departments to bring hospitality to every corner of Capstone
- Help manage office closings, meetings, and special gatherings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere
- A trustworthy, humble team player who strives for excellence
- Strong communicator — friendly, clear, and professional
- Organized, flexible, and creative problem-solver
- Event planning or hospitality experience preferred
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office 365
- A heart for serving others and building community
- Full time, $20-$22 per hour health insurance, dental, vision, HRA, HSA, FSA and 401(k) with company match

Interview ProcessWhat to expect after you apply
Our hiring process is a little different than most other companies, but we promise it's worth it! Not only do we want to get to know you on a deeper level, we also want you to have plenty of opportunities to make sure we are a good fit for you. Our process begins with an application and can be followed by a personality assessment and multiple interviews with different company leaders, a job simulation, a background check and drug screening.
