Legacy Bay Farms
Legacy Bay Farms, Capstone's largest development located in St. Michael, Minnesota, stretches over 500 acres, includes more than 1200 home sites, and encompasses Uhl Lake. This development began in 2020, and with a connection to the local farmers we were able to create a multi-year plan to develop all the land while preserving the heritage of the generational farming families.
Riverstone South
Located in Ramsey, the Riverstone South development encompasses over 280 lots. This community has many unique features, including location on the Mississippi River, a tree preserve and a great Tree Fort Park. Riverstone South is a continuation of a long standing relationship with the Pearson Family Farms, expanding south from the Riverstone Development.
Viking Meadows
Viking Meadows is an upcoming residential development in East Bethel, Minnesota, transforming the former Viking Meadows Golf Club into a new community of single-family homes. East Bethel offers a harmonious blend of rural tranquility and suburban convenience. Located approximately 40 minutes north of the Twin Cities, East Bethel provides residents with the serenity of country living while maintaining easy access to metropolitan amenities.
