Legacy Bay Farms
Legacy Bay Farms, Capstone's largest development located in St. Michael, Minnesota, stretches over 500 acres, includes more than 1200 home sites, and encompasses Uhl Lake. This development began in 2020, and with a connection to the local farmers we were able to create a multi-year plan to develop all the land while preserving the heritage of the generational farming families.
Riverstone South
Located in Ramsey, the Riverstone South development encompasses over 280 lots. This community has many unique features including location to the Mississippi River, a Tree preserve and a great Tree Fort Park. Riverstone South is a continuation of a long standing relationship with the Pearson Family Farms, expanding South from the Riverstone Development.
