Meet our Liberty floor plans, where we are intentional at every stage and in every aspect of designing a home. From layout and levels to kitchen and bedrooms, we put functionality and comfort at the center of our designs. Our floor plans are created for families of all sizes and stages of life, so everyone can truly call a place home.
The Archer:
One of Capstone Home’s newest floor plan, the Archer! Designed with today’s homeowners in mind, the Archer combines simplicity, comfort, and smart design to create a space that feels both attainable and inviting. Featuring two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a spacious two-stall garage, this thoughtfully planned layout offers the perfect balance of efficiency and comfort. Our first one will be built in Ramsey this summer!
The Barrett:
The Barrett is a two-story slab home that features a modern design with a quiet front porch perfect for relaxing. The main floor offers an open layout among the living room, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs offers a versatile loft, laundry room, two secondary bedrooms, full kids bath and a private and spacious owner's suite.
The Baxter:
The Baxter is designed with functionality in mind and features an open-concept living and kitchen area that maximizes space and natural light. Enjoy a large kitchen island in the kitchen, perfect for hosting family and friends. On the upper level is two bedrooms, one bathroom, and the owner's suite with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The Becker:
One of Capstone’s most popular Liberty Series floor plans, the Becker. Just the right size at 2087 square feet, the upper level of this floor plan has an owner’s suite, 2 additional bedrooms and a loft. If a 4th bedroom is more important to you than a loft, this home has that option as well. The main floor features the kitchen as a focal point with an incredible island, stone countertops, a walk in pantry, and brand new kitchen appliances. Every Becker includes a walk out to a large concrete patio to enjoy your backyard.
The Biscay:
Welcome to the Biscay floor plan. The focal point of this home is the great room with a cozy fireplace and large windows for lots of natural light. The open floor plan continues to the kitchen and dining room and just off the dining room is a sliding glass door that leads to a large patio in your backyard. The upstairs area has a built in desk in the loft along with an owner’s suite and 3 other bedrooms. Also conveniently located on the upper level is the laundry room. This home gives plenty of space for everyone to hang out together or separately, whether working from home or playing at home.
The Brookston:
The Brookston floor plan unique feature of this Liberty Series floor plan is the main floor bedroom with a conveniently located full bath adjacent to it. After you enter into the spacious foyer, you come to the living room, dining room, and kitchen which are located in the back of the home with lots of windows to allow for natural light. Upstairs you will find the owner’s suite and three additional bedrooms. Most people are pleasantly surprised by the large loft that is the hang out area of the upstairs. This one you’ll have to see to believe!
The Camden:
The Camden is a thoughtfully designed single-level home that combines comfort and convenience in a stylish layout. Featuring 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this plan is perfect for families, downsizers, or anyone seeking the ease of one-level living.
